maybe give them # #### buck every 50 reports or so if thats too much then maybe every 999999999999999999999999999999 reports but they only get the road buck if the report is valid (aka: the user that they were reported gets warned or banned)

1. it cant be abusable for long, as if im correct, poison ban's will terminate all accounts on the same ip adresses and email accounts. and they cant create new accounts aswell 2. to fix that issue, make it so that the accounts must be verified. and only one email and ## ####### per account can earn the bonus.
