The way ICC have gone about things in last month or so, it looks like they want to creat a league / tier system in which all full member countries participate. With inclusion of Afghanistan and Ireland, ICC are looking to expand the game to more countries though divisions. Not sure whether this would work or not (Tier system is not a stranger to cricket, English ######## play in more than just a division) |
