You make RAT act as if it's a ch_re to those in the officer-core, shouldn't be like that, this is a game, people play to enjoy themselves.
While I understand that both tan & aktar shouldn't have done what they had done, I do believe they they should've instead been issued a suspension considering (to my believe) none of them had any previous justice infractions.
At this rate RAT will slowly begin to lose productive, intelligent & creative members and will be left with 18 year olds still playing this site because they don't have anything productive to do in real life.
I do understand that you're most likely going to use this thread as an excuse to keep me comms blaclisted in the future, but personally, just like I've previously said, I don't really care what happens to me on this site.

Which is why the Liaison Department and the Executive Committee have stressed that if whatever we do in the Officer Core becomes unenjoyable, we should come to them and they'll work something out/have us take an exemption.

Considering you wrote this all to be unblacklisted, I wouldn't consider RAT's current HiCOM not being able to do anything productive.

I will open up by saying that my actions weren't right, I was a fool whom wasn't thinking well and I'd like to apologize for doing what I had done.
I'll begin by explaining why I was such a toxic individual during my tenure as External Af#######arshal -
Before I became admiral, while I was still a progression marshal, things were going smooth, I was a productive individual loved by the majority of the people in this group. I hadn't began using my mic yet, I was afraid, afraid that people would make fun of my accent & harass me.
Anyways, moving on; Few weeks after I became Admiral I was begged by every single high command member at that time to begin using my mic, they assured me I wouldn't get harassed, they assured me I wouldn't be made fun of, they were wrong.
Shortly after I began using my mic people, including high command members began making fun of my accent, they mocked me to look cool & sound funny, they harassed me, some even went as low as calling me a goat ###### simply because they thought Malta was a country in western asia. Some high command members neglected me whenever I spoke, they took everything I said as a joke. I didn't want to seem weak, I didn't want to fight with other high command members, I didn't want to get into arguments with officers whom were mocking me, I was scared, so I made it seem like everything was fine and went along with all of it.
Eventually I handed over my resignation because I couldn't take the workload, but that's a completely different topic.
Anywhom, I rejoined a few weeks after and it had seemed as if things calmed down, I was no longer getting mocked, harassed or made fun of, so I thought, why not return as an External ####### Marshal? That's what I did. I began working my way up and eventually I was able to earn the position. Although they turned the tide, individuals such as Banvax, Stephen, Hawk2eye, ShatteredQ and multiple others continued the harassment, they continued to make fun of where I lived, they continued to mock me. Some individuals even made fun of my raid leading skills. Instead of helping me to get better, they stood there making fun, joking around as to how I was unable to lead raids.
I couldn't take it anymore. I exploded. I slowly began to fade away, asking for multiple exemptions to try and get away from all the abuse for a short while in hopes of it eventually fading away. Although it didn't work, so I eventually resigned and turned my anger towards the people whom were harassing me, towards the people I didn't favor as much.
While writing the resignation letter I was told by my father that my grandmother that I so dearly loved had passed away. This made things even worse, I was becoming frustrated.... ....In efforts to remove my frustration I had ended up doing silly things on this site, I ended up harassing individuals such as icy_south & xpx.
These are things which I really regret doing. Things I shouldn't have done. I was a fool. I would like to apologize to every single one of you I might've hurt, I'm sorry.
RAT's a group I love working in, a group I've been loyal to ever since I joined.
I would like to propose an administrative blacklist on me, and in return lift my communications blacklist. I've rarely been toxic (except for what I had previously done during my tenure as EA MArshal.) An administrative blacklist would stop me from becoming an officer, joining committees and/or divisions, and would insure that I do not leak any confidential information (even though me mentioning xpx was part of the intelligence panel was merely a joke between both I and isaac)
A communications blacklist was put on me simply because I had been harassing icy_south & xpx, something I already apologized for. There's absolutely no reason for it to still be hanging around when I'm clearly not harassing or being toxic to anyone no more.
