Hello everyone! I am ConnorWyd, owner of Grand Cinema.
I am here to talk today about HR jobs. I am taking this very seriously. I am not playing around. I am gonna go over each HR rank and their job. Remember, I am not afraid to fire a HR who doesn't abide by my rules.
Chief Communications Officer: You are basically the head of answering questions. Your job is to plan interview sessions, hire people to read applications (Manager+), and to maintain our human resources that we have.
Chief Operations Officer: You are the head of events, ideas, creations, and keeping things in order. You are the MAIN HEAD OF EVENTS! You make final decisions on event ideas, maintain our allies, keep track of our group funds, and to make sure ads are running properly.
Chief Staff Officer: You are head of our staff! You read our MR test results, give final statements on MR reccomendations, keeping all staff updated with news, and to fire bad MR's.
{THE MOST IMPORTANT RANK}
Vice Chairman: You are second in charge at our group! We need big responsibilities from you. You read our Work Reports, give final decisions on buildings and details, fire nonsense staff, keep our corporate officers on task, (CCO, COO, CSO), Keeping us informed with details, and to help run the group.
{WORK REPORTS}- I am now gonna talk about Work Reports. Ranks Supervisor-Chairman of Executives have to file a report of what has happened to them and what they experienced in and out of the cinema in the 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks, work reports on due by Saturday. Failure to turn in a Work Report will lead to a demotion. Depending on how good your work report was, you could have a chance on getting promoted! We will start work reports up once we reach 100 members and have full MR members. Work Reports will help me see who is active, and who isn't.
{UNIFORMS}- Once we reach 100 members, uniforms for Grand | Cinema will sell for 10 robux.
{APPLICATION TEAM} Once you reach the rank 'Manager' you have a choice to be on the Application Team where you will read applications. You must read 5 a day.
{ADMIN} You will receive admin at the Cinema once you become a Shift Leader.
Once we get full MR, I will go over the MR responsiblites.
