Alright everyone, I have great news!!! I have discovered how to solve this problem!!!
Alright, first try playing the game using the desktop client or internet explorer. If neither work, Then try the following steps.
Download and install firefox or chrome. (you can do a google search.)
Go to the addon page for the browers you installed.
Search for ie tab.
Install the ie tab addon.
Navigate to roblox using the ie tab addon. (read addon description for how to do this.)
Go to the game, and press play.
Walla!!!
Should work. Please let everyone having this problem know of this possible solution, and maybe even forward this to admins or mods. |

The above solutoin seemed to help, but i wake up the next day and wam, same problem agian. Im really desperate becuase i have been having this problem for a week now. Please someone help me. |

Very simply just restart your computer or unistall ROBLOX then re-install it.

I have done both. Neither work. Its not that simple, I have contacted [email protected] and even they couldnt help me, and they had me do everything. |

another case of 4D EDP,but more of a serious transmittive type.get your computer checked,this might prevent a BSSC to occur.also,PIC Trojans might be lurking in yor computer.i reccomend to reinstall roblox after a full virus scan!afterwards,delag every place and check for any virus with tazer 21.0,since tazer effectively deals with duplicate viruses.remember to do this with all your places,so you can eliminate the chance of this to occur along wih DPTP errors.hope i helped you!also,try to redownload your virus protection progam,so it could scan more effectively! |

Please Explain. 4 EDP? And this isnt a problem with any of my places, im not able to play any games at all. In fact, I just realized today I can buy anything either. :/ |

Hey, this can be fixe by restarting your computer, and by deleting your history, cookies, cache, etc.

Now that test roblox site is back up, i tried playing a game on that and after installing could. But now when i go back to try a regular game on the regular site i have to install again. I did, but i am still having the same problem as always. I might just quit roblox because they have such crappy customer service. I am going to try to call them today. |
