Steps:
1. Join the Group
2. Wait until it's time for Interviews
3. Attend Interviews and wait until it's your turn
4. Answer all the questions truthfully and do your best
5. Hope that you pass
6. If you do all of these above, you have a big chance at becoming a Barista!
