Well, honestly for people like me that have NBC, we can only wear things that ROBLOX makes for free now, and theres really not enough stuff to wear especially for new players.
Allow users to create free clothing on their own would lighten the burden of ROBLOX having to create those items for free, and there would be more variety of cloths to wear.
But, for this feature, only Builders Club members should be able to creature free items, for NBC members. As of right now, theres almost no variety of items that NBC people can wear and it won't change.
