I've heard roblox can IP ban people, they just do it INCREDIBLY rarely, if ever. They should start IP banning bots. The Inner Machinations of My Mind Are an Enigma.

They should I P ban the person creating the scam bots. So that he can't make any more. And they should not allow the person to bypass it.

You see, this has been brought to the table hundreds of times but it just wont work. People can use a VPN to change their IP, and continue. I'm here for a good time, not a long time <3 / Put the shaggy in the baggy

True. But even if they change their IP, that IP they change to can be banned, right? So if they ban all the IPs the VPN uses, the VPN cannot be used anymore, correct? The Inner Machinations of My Mind Are an Enigma.
