Allow ColorCorrectionEffects and BlurEffects in GUIs.

i.e. putting one of the effects in a Frame, ImageLabel, or some other GUI thing so whatever's within that area on the screen is effected by the blur/color correction. If you can do the whole screen, why not a small area on the screen? Simple addition, though it would make things a lot neater. If you don't support, please say why.

Oh, and maybe an option for GUIs to negate any color corrections/blurs that are behind it. This idea is mainly aimed at transparent GUIs, by the way.

that'd honestly seem pretty cool, but I would want it to be as a property instead of it being true all of the time so I could actually manage what gets corrected or blurred. woagh - o p i n i o n a l a r m
