Fix the broken filter

This should be rather self explanatory. The chat filter CONSTANTLY censors things that shouldnt be censored to the point that its just rediculous. It even censors numbers which is one of the biggest issues with the broken filter, Not only that, but every day it just feels like it's getting worse and worse
