One of the current dilemmas this city is lack of opportunities to increase one’s wealth. Within the days of the old, the casino was the main contributor to increasing people’s wealth. Unfortunately times have changed and the casino has turned into a decor. This bill aims at fixing the casino, making it not only capable of regenerating one’s wealth, but to provide a place where everyone regardless of your association can come and relax
If enacted by the city council,
This bill will aim to change the odds of success, from the current 4/10, to the way it once was, 7/10. This should change the ratio of wealthy to poor nusa citizens, and should contribute heavily to activity
