Lower the cost for 1-10 second audios

Audios 1-20 seconds long I believe is around 20 robux. I believe that audios that are in the 1-10 second range should be lower like 1-10 robux It would be way easier and less costly to upload sound effects for games.

For example, I feel like a 4 second audio should equal 10 or below robux. 20 is just a bit much for such a short soundclip.
