i have 1mbps download and half that upload lmao its where you live not the provider the wiring externally to your house is the problem and mostly the ISP's (Internet Service Providers) won't fix it for you because it costs $$$$ to repair and recover the damage of weather and natural causes like trees falling on the lines etc etc etc I'm not sure if you can compromise and personally pay for the repairs so you can pay for a cheaper internet plan instead - most people pay very expensive internet plans thinking the bigger the price the better it'll be but thats wrong --// Chairman Jradi
