I'd guess it censors names (it does censor all names, as said above), to prevent people from saying your ################# ################## It should really only filter names like "Be njam in Eric son" As seen above, it also filters R(no)e(no)a(no)l N(filter)a(filter)m(fiter)e But turns it into 24 tags instead of 8.
