When I play a game on Roblox everything is smooth, but when I move my mouse it is slow, not sensitivity or PC issues, the mouse isn't laggy or choppy, just delayed in a way, I've tried different mouses, restarting my PC, re-installing Roblox, etc. So please help me.

A pc Dell Optiplex 790 Intel HD graphics Intel Core i7 2600 Quad core with 4 extra vCores
