I'm Requesting The Head Coaching Job for Ash Land, Because I Love the Game of Football. I Think im a good fit role for this role because i love helping out and being there with the team every day. How i handle Attitude, In My Prospective i see it as Attitude can make or break a team by the way you act. I'm requesting to HC Cocoa Beach Hammerheads Why I think I'm a good for the job? Because I have experience and a few championships under my belt as a coach. I believe in a team that's willing to compete and have that extra boost that we need. I believe in teamwork and not quitting, even if we getting blown out I'm still not quitting cause you may not win but you scored or got near it. Teamwork and Team chemistry is key Attitude- How I handle attitude is when I just talk to the team and let them know I'm here for them. Just give them a few seconds to cool down and if they can't, then I'll listen.. I'm all ears and I want to help anyone out with an attitude.
