'Has technology gone to far? Like, we can really jump into the game and feel what our characters feel!' That was the one sentence that change these kid's life for good. The sentence written on the box of the very game they brought, 'The Ruler of The Pixels.' It was a dungeon crawler of such, but in VR. There were stories going around if you died in the game you died in real life, but who believes that?
You all met up at Peter's place, as quickly as you got there you ran up to the second floor to his game room. It didn't take long for you all to start up the game and put the VR on.
It took a while but the screen flashed black, then green and eventually a menu screen came on. But at the bottom was a distinct warning, "THOSE WHO DIE DON'T SURVIVE"

Assault: The battle ready soldier that ever generic action movie has, armed with some nice weapons you are fit for war.
Subclass of Assault:
Explosive: You focus on big explosions opposed to range guns.
War-Torn: You have seen it all, from your friends dying on the field to massive beasts falling to their knees.

The wall: You will soak up all damage while you let your allies take the easy shots, just stand still and look preety. If you get luck you may even get a mech!
Heavy weapons: Rocket launchers? Miniguns? Gravity guns? These are just some of the guns a Heavy will be found using on the field.

Alpha squad: The best of the best, you see a trap before it is even set. You are the best stealth trooper there ever was, even with your personal cloak device.
Bravo Company: Plans, navigation and survival. Only few of the things Bravo company is taught, and if things get hectic call in a backup and let them rain hell on those who stand before you.

Group heal: You focus on healing the whole group, but it won't heal as much.

YOUR HERO'S PAST: Marcella was born into a family whose father was in the army. Since her mother began having cancer a few months since her birth, her dad took over for her. However, he had occasionally let her mother take care whenever he isn't available. Nonetheless, Marcella was pushed to be a knightess. When she was put into a training academy, she performed average at first, but soon began excelling at most of the classes available. The training times were at 3:30 PM to 10:30 PM on Fridays, and 8 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
However, just as she was nearing the mid-to-end of her classes, her mother, after a long battle with cancer, passed away. Despite taking a day off to attend her mother's funeral, she nonetheless came back strong, albeit slightly regressed in proficiency as a result of her mom's demise, well, at least for a short while. After graduating both schools, she then went on to become a knightess.

Marcella's hair is long, black, and groomed a little cleanly than average. Her eye color is of an amber-like orange, her pupil patterns resembling jelly fish and lava lamps. Her height is 5'10, exactly an inch taller than the average American man. Although she may appear a little slim, she has a body build similar to those of an athletic runner's. An aspect that she hides is her rather extreme flat-chestedness, making her somewhat comparable to some of the more attractive androgynous men.
Marcella wears a full set of tight, plated armor, excluding a helmet, which was swapped for a white headband. However, there are a few deliberate discrepancies from regular, run-of-the-mill armor that the girl has made as requests. Her breastplate incorporates brr east bulges that bore a resemblance of a cross between the B-cup and C-cup sizes due to her feeling jealous about the other females in her training academy. Additionally, the heel height of her plate armor boots were elevated to 1.18 inches to attempt to compensate for the arch of her feet as much as without feeling uncomfortable in the long run. Adjustable holsters for both sides of the waist plates are added to allow her to carry more things. |

I will be merging the Priest and Medic together. The team heal and team effort sub classes will merge to the Team support and the Concentrated medic will combine with corrupt making it the Concentrated support, basically they are now one.
NEW CLASS/HERO!
Hacker: Get to the console! The hacker helps unlock special doors for extra loot and even sabotage robotic enemies.
High-tec: Armed with a trusty rail-gun and a sweet ability to wait out turns to lower the lowest dice roll, you can't go wrong.
Safe: You make less mistakes, meaning that it is a better choice if you really wanna smash that fire wall. |

YOUR HERO'S PAST: A man of good morals, he was actually raised within an abusive family. His mother died giving life to his younger sister only a couple years after he was raised, and his father was an abusive father who commonly punished them for trivial things.
Mason commonly left the household as a way to get away from the abuse, and almost never used his precious time to mess around. He would study machines, and learn how to craft his own gadgets for use. It was then that he developed a conscience for himself. His sister wasn't as lucky as him, and spent most of her time being chided by her father. As one could imagine, such "bonds" between a parent and their children never goes well.
Eventually, the abusiveness got to a point where Mason couldn't stand his father. Using his home-made online virus, he began to siphon money out of banks somewhat against his moral understanding- "The banks are always out to legally rob people, anyways," he'd tell himself- and eventually bought his own apartment- more specifically, an apartment for his sister since Mason spent a lot of time out and about. Of course, his father was more than unhappy, but he had already turned 18 on the day he revealed his secret home.
When his abusive father threatened to retaliate, Mason eventually called the police on a *trading of illegal substances* that he had found out about through his online devices. The bust went awry, and eventually led to a shootout that resulted in the abuser's death. Regardless, satisfied that Mason's sister was finally safe, he bid her farewell and parted ways, knowing that the road he would take was one that was dangerous.
He has last been spotted on a busy street carrying a hand-made laser rifle/musket hybrid, albeit it is unknown if he still utilizes it. He's also been seen a handful of times around power outages or other anomalies that don't exactly add up. Not to mention there have been a suspicious increase in the amount of suspected criminals turning up knocked out on the streets for the police to find.
YOUR HERO'S APPEARANCE: Mason possesses slick black hair that is somewhat tidy, and light blue eyes- almost like the sky mixed with shards of ice. His height is only average at 5'9", and he has another average body build- pretty much a good thing for an *Exploiter* wanting to blend in with the crowd like him.
He wears a lightweight black jacket that allows him to wear anything underneath it- body armor or otherwise- and a generic baseball cap that matches his dark color, alongside a set of jeans that are somewhat. His "backpack" that he wears is customized to sandwich his rifle between his back and his rucksack, and is meant to hold things that could be potentially worth something. It also has a side pocket for whatever hacking device he can get his hands on- whether it be phone, tablet, laptop, or anything in between. |

Rex was born into a big and (OF OR RELATING TO MONEY) steady family. He remembers how happy everyone was in their overly-large house, until the disaster came. They were hit by an extreme hurricane, and the house and most of the city was utterly destroyed.
After the storm, his family moved to a new city, where they worked on fitting in. While there, he came down with something so they took him to the doctor. They discovered that there was nothing wrong with him but a basic little cold. But that changed Rex's life forever. He wanted to be a doctor.
He couldn't get into medical school, but his parents looked around and found that the army was offering a medical course. But the catch? Of course, you need to go into service.
Rex waited a year, until he was old enough for service. He went off, did the course, and the next month he was in service. |

YOUR HERO'S PAST: A certified 'A-Class Gamer', as mentioned by some of her friends. She is born to a family of 'Let's Players' who had a channel before passing it down onto her as means to continue their legacy. Carrie has been described as a 'total lunatic' whenever she plays any game as long as it is an online one. She is prone to many frustrations and is known to be very hostile to other players.
Nevertheless, she had become very popular in the Let's Play and Youtube Gaming community, with over 15 million subscribers. She is also popular on the Twitch community, gaining over 10 million subscribers. As she continues with her job, one game would change her life. 'GearBlade's Fight Robots' is the name of that game, and unknown to Carrie, it is actually a military test to see who is fit to ride their own mecha. She is eventually chosen to be the mecha's pilot.
