An Act
To ensure the proper functioning of the Board of Appeals
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD OF APPEALS
(a) This Act may be cited as the "Board of Appeals Reorganization Act."

SECTION 1.RE-ESTABLISHMENT
(a) Whereas the Board of Appeals Shall be under The Department of Commerce of Labor
(b) Whereas the Board of Appeals will consist of 9 members
(c) Whereas the Secretary of Commerce and Labor will be the Chairman
(d) Whereas there shall be an established in - game submission place
(e) Whereas there shall be a Trello for all 9 members of the Board of Appeals to join and vote on Petitioners
SEC. 3. MEMBERS.
(a) Whereas the President shall appoint 3 members from the Executive Branch
(b) Whereas the President shall appoint 3 members from the Judicial Branch
(c) Whereas the Secretary of Commerce of Labor shall appoint 2 members of His/Her choosing.
SEC 4. POWERS & PURPOSE
(a) Whereas the Board of Appeals will vote on appeals of citizens who have been terminated from their jobs.
(b) Whereas the Board of Appeals will be able to hold hearings from petitioner
(c) Whereas if the Board of Appeals passes a case they shall give the Agency/Department 24 hours to re-accept the recently terminated member
(d) Whereas the Board of Appeals can deny anyone who has been fired more than 3 months.
SEC 5. LAW & PUNISHMENT
(a) Whereas if an Agency/Department refuses to accept a recently terminated employee within 24 hours shall be charged and prosecuted with 18 U.S. Code Chapter 73 - OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
