2.) Single File Line behind you, the host to the first section of training, which is the rules of flying.
3.) Go to flying, then train people looking for pilot, then finish training with promotions at the spawn.
4.) Once training ends, shout ended with names of promotions. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬INTERVIEWS▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1.) Call up one person at a time, then ask them questions on why they want to be the position they're looking for
2.) Then test them on knowledge, there is another forum for the questions on certain ranks
