Interview Guide •
Now as a functional group with ranks changing all the time, we reckon we would need an Interview 'Session' Hosting guide to help new Interviewers host a session effectively and correctly. This is to benefit all - Staff and Customers - as it does occur there is some confusion about times and hosts.

? Session Hosting Times:
These can also be found in the main handbook.
There are three sessions hosted daily, which are at the following times:
Session 1 6 AM PST. 2 PM BST
Session 2 3 PM PST. 11 PM BST
Session 3 6 PM PST. 2 AM BST
These times are subject to change due to Winter. This will be updated with any new changes - you will be notified via a shout if we have any major changes.

? Setting up the Interview Session:
Any interview sessions MUST only be held at the times (see: Session Times), and at no other time, unless told otherwise by a High Rank! This will prevent any confusion.
Session Schedule -
1. Firstly - 20 minutes prior to any session, an HR (B######ust become the Session Host and one any Supervisor+ must be decided to be the Co-Host for that session.
2. The host then must shout the Session will be hosted shortly. In this format - "Interviews are being held in 15 minutes! Please come on down to the Interview Center!"
3. The hosts wait for employees and the Premium Customers to join. At ten players, the interview hosting process may begin in the following way:
• All Interviewers MUST stand against the wall. If they're not standing against the wall, please respawn them until they are back from their AFK.
• Seat all interviewees in the chairs. Then ':glock' the server. (Group Lock)
• [HOSTS ONLY] Begin to introduce yourself (using ':h'), and speak out the Session rules to the interviewees (using ':sm'). Ask for any last minute questions.
• This should all take up to 5-7 minutes.
4. At the exact session time, Interviews may begin. Shout at this time - "Interviews are currently being held at the Interview Center!". Countdown 5 minutes after this and then the host MUST 'slock' the server. No new interviewees joining the game are accepted after this.
5. Tell the Interviews to take an interviewee to their rooms and begin the Interview process. (Have the Application Format - open and copy + paste the questions into your chat)
6.##fter there is no more interviews, the host must set a shout saying "Interviews Concluded - Come on do####o the cafe!"
7. The Session host must then teleport all remaining staff to the cafe.

? Interview Tips:
• Safe Chatters cannot be passed whatsoever. We cannot have hashtags! If you suspect your interviewee has safe chat - ask them to say 'c7rn' and if it turns out to be in hashtags they have safe chat. You have to automatically fail them.
• Make a happy interviewing atmosphere! Be kind and they'd feel happy enough to tell the truth. We are not here to judge.
• Look out for proper grammar in your interviewees! Full stops, parenthesis', commas correct capitalization! Though they might not have the best grammar, you can still pass them though they have slight grammatical mistakes.
• If your interviewees response take up to 45 seconds, they would need a fail. Our staff must be quick!
