get rid of GUESTS. A example hackers can be a guests and still hack and not have their accounts BAND. And a another example a lot of users hate guests for some odd reason.

Stop trying to prevent people from beating consequences. Plus also I think there was a whole "What not to suggest" thing that explicitly stated that they won't remove guests.

Most Guest (almost all of them) are learning how to play the game. Only a small minority are players using guest accounts to cause trouble and not be identified easily.
