Broken ROBLOX Asset Downloader

Hi, I made GFX and I have a few people in line for logos and ads. The problem is, the Asset Downloader broke! I have NO IDEA what's happening, I heard that a new update on ROBLOX broke it or no longer compatible. The Asset Downloader is the only way I know how to get the char in Studio, please help

Its broken rn try emailing roblox since only they know about what they did
