First of all, I want to say this is a true story, (besides the fact that the radioactive clouds weren't swept away, unlike the real event, where the clouds were luckily swept off into the ocean) and that many people lost their lives in the devastating Tsunami.

In 2011, a large earthquake shook along Japanese coastal lines, known as the "Tohoku Earthquake." The huge earthquake triggered a MASSIVE tsunami, sweeping across the Japanese coast, destroying everything in its path like small, coastal towns. The tsunami even hit a nuclear power plant, making it leak radiation. Hundreds of people had to flee their homes in that area. Radioactive clouds then moved in over coastal fishing towns, such as "Shogahama." Many people got sick and died. It was now common seeing skeletons lined up along the streets. The Japanese government advised to wear respirators or gas masks. Eventually, U.S Marines moved into Japan to guard and try and protect civilians. Local Japanese militias saw this as an act of aggression and opened fire on multiple U.S Marines. The other marines opened fire on them, killing all of their squad. The U.S then saw war between them. With the U.S at war with the Japanese militias, but Japanese civilians supporting the U.S, Japan was on the brink of civil war. The clouds then moved massively far inland, reaching cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, and more. The widespread caused panic for other countries. The clouds luckily didn't move from Japan, at least as of now. Everything is cold from the tsunami and the clouds. Japan was now destroyed, mostly. It's up to you to survive and choose your new way of life in the destroyed town of Shogahama.
