Whereas, Senator iRealizm has proved to be inactive and is not worthy of having the privilege to serve in the United States Senate. Whereas, an active American citizen can fill his senatorial seat and preform his or her duties better than iRealizm. Section 1. Expulsion of the Senator Once this expulsion receives a vote of 2/3 in the affirmative by the United States Senate, Senator iRealizm will be expelled from his seat and his seat in Class I of the United States Senate will be vacated. Nay, I am not going to agree to the removal of an elected official from office unless there is concrete proof of their lack of attempts at serving. The only reason I've Ayed previous inactivity expulsions is because there were Senators who weren't even sworn into office.

Nay. He provided written notice that he would be inactive, and expelling him for excused inactivity is reprehensible.
