This won't work out if it happens.
If any of you actually noticed this a long time back, guests had the ability to use bubble chat, and I still wish they could, as well as regular users.
Back then, there were exploits possible by using the bubble chat feature to get those script kiddie admin commands, etc... and for guests to use a completely unfiltered regular chat.

If this actually gets implemented into the game, guests could communicate to eachother about exploiting without nobody knowing.
But if anything the bubble chat exploits may never happen again anyways.
