Rules/Regulations | Contents 1.0
As a starting group member, you should already know that things will not always run the way
you want them to, you are a special part of the group but you are not the best overall so remember that rules apply to you and everyone else.
★Treat others the way you’d want to be treated.
★Disrespecting your peers or high ranked staff will not be tolerated.
★Being sensible is a mandatory task that we recommend you do.
★Be sure to always use grammar as much as you can.
★All members are equal as people, so don’t think otherwise of it.
★Try your best to be active by showing up to trainings.
★Lying is something we do not accept within this group.
★Remember to follow every rule, it’s highly recommended for you.

Serving Instructions | Contents 2.0
I perfect greeting could make someone's day, complementing the customer is a good way of making them feel special and love themselves even more. There are specific ways of greeting people here are 3 ordinary greetings listed below:
EXAMPLE: “Hello and welcome to Munchie’z! How may I help you?”
EXAMPLE: “Hello and welcome to Munchie’z! I’m [Username]! What would you like?”
EXAMPLE: “Hello! Welcome to Munchie’z! I’m [Username]! How may I assist you today?”
Don’t forget to throw in a compliment to that person, you never know what people are going through so it might help them out more than you think it would.

Hosting Instructions | Contents 3.0
Whenever you are hosting a training/interview please make sure it is at a reasonable time, it would be nice to have as much activity as we can. Although, we do recommend that whenever you host, shout it on the group status and within the discord too, it would aware more people of when to attend that specific event that’s being held.

Ranking Information | Contents 4.0
As a customer, you are soon to be ranked Trainee, for that to happen you must attend an interview and pass it. Once that is done, you can start on your first day working at the Munchie’z Cafe. If you are already a Trainee, notice to hard work and dedication within the cafe can get you a promotion, but begging for promotions will not be tolerated nor allowed whats so ever.

This thread is solely created for any information that does not fit with any other part of the handbook. You may probably find what you are looking for here if you could not find what you were looking for elsewhere. This has been organized to have two sections: one for Customers, and one for staff workers.
If you wish to be allied with Munchie’z, feel free to contact a Chief Executive Officer or higher for approval. We look for the following within your group:
- Activity
- How well the group is prospering
- Originality
- Professionalism
If your group meets all of the criteria, we will consider allying with your group.
Since some people may not know the acronyms we use in everyday conduct at Munchie’z, here is a list of the most known acronyms people say at the restaurant, Interview Center, group wall, etc.
LR means Low Rank
MR means Medium Rank
HR means High Rank
HB means Head Barista
AST means Assistant Supervisor Team
ST means Supervisor Team
AMT means Assistant Management Team
MT means Management Team
GM means General Manager
