Free ranking can easily screw up a group. What if you free rank the wrong person and they abuse the group? This is a huge rule in Islands, that's why it has its own forum in the handbook.

You simply say that we don't re-promote people and you have to work back up.
Also. If you are a "nice" person and you can't say no. Well, use your nice attitude at the resort, not when people are asking for free ranks.
Punishments will be auto demotions if free ranked/free ranking.
