I'm hearing this from the same person who just went "It's like it's bait but you took it" earlier in the thread.
And the way i see it it was meant to be bait in the way you put these emojis and words together
"I was joking around with the emojis!"
it failed miserably so...
The emojis are annoying and unfunny so dont pull that card because none of it worked.
