We have had 16 subforums for years. You are now putting 16 subforums into 5 subforums. Do you realize how much flooding, spam, and what ever you may is going to take place once you do this? We've given up on trying to rid the updates, but this one is going to change roblox a lot more than you'd ever imagine.

The only people this would affect are forumers and nostalgic old players But I agree this update is very dumb.

@YokoAJ well maybe it's just me, but I'm having difficulty comprehending how they want to put 16 subforums into 5. Three times less the amount we had. Bumping won't do anything if that happens, etc.

yeah they haven't been great communication wise either for saying why they're going through with it unless they have multiple moderators on at once it's going to be harder to moderate with the flood of new posts from all those users every few seconds, but it should eliminate botters/raids more effectively.

We were just listening to feedback about how we should "go back to old Roblox" and since the forums only had 5 or 6 subforums in 2006 we figured we'd go back to that! I am only kidding of course. But we also predict a drop in overall forum traffic because of the change. People statistically post in one subforum, and when those go away plenty won't be motivated to make the move. Also, the way moderation works makes is far easier to moderate more things on one page than fewer things on many pages.
