In order to progress to this rank, you will need these requirements:
- I have attended at least five trainings
- I have read the index
At the end of every training, take a screen shot of the entire computer screen, including the day and time. Then when you have five screnshoots of different the different trainings, you ask a General+ To be tested for this rank.
