if you aren't getting any interest it's likely because the work is too much or the pay is too low. I looked at the list of things you want done, and for me it's too much work. You should try grouping them into groups of jobs or even make them all separate jobs with their own pay amounts so you can at least get some of the game done and find some scripters.
