For those who missed the meeting and what we discussed, here's a script of the meeting and what I said:
Good evening! It’s good to see you all at today’s meeting.
Today’s meeting, we will discuss different problems we are having here at FlyKutos and different ways we are innovating and maintaining these situations/problems. We are mainly going to discuss 3 topics that I plan to innovate on: 1) Development/Technology 2) Service/Organization 3) Quality improvement for passengers
To start off, as many of you know, we have a lot of passengers complaining that we use too many “free models”. I want make it clear that we don’t use much. The free models we use are:
1. Airport board signs
2. Airport seats
3. Aircraft plane kits (by yrreb)
4. Ticket scanners
5. Jetways
These are the 5 models that seem to catch your attention and claim we use “too much”. It may seem like a lot, but with development team, we have a huge amount of solutions we are proposing to free models.
First off, I would like to announce we are going to be making our OWN board signs. The board signs are very beneficial for yourselves to know more information about our aircrafts.
Second, we are going to have our own ticket scanners rather than use iAviate’s ticket scanners.
Thirdly, I want to propose animations and aircraft realism. This means we are adding the following to the aircrafts:
1. Aircraft noise (Flaps sound effect, spoilers sound effect, seat belt sign, etc.)
2. Aircraft animations: (Flap + spoiler animations, gear animations)
3. A new baggage system in which you drop your bag off, the bag goes on the plane, and you pick it up at your destination. This creates excitement for the passengers.
I do believe we need to focus ourselves more on realism in our airline. With that, I also believe we could enhance our technology which is why I would like to propose another update coming to FlyKutos estimated to come within the next 2-3 days. This is a new system for High Ranks.
HR’s will be given a panel with our Autoboard System to board passengers, our own No Jump system, and multiple other features. This will be a great and helpful addition to our airline to prevent more problems. A post on twitter will be shown after to see this manual.
Another problem FlyKutos has recently experienced is our staff. My goal is to do the following:
1. Enhance our customer service. I do believe our service isn’t the best yet, and I don’t want to have problems with our customer service again. Therefore, we are making strict rules against being rude to passengers. No matter what, without warning, if you are rude to a passenger you’ll be given a consequence.
2. Soon we will make it so that Flight Attendants don’t need admin to serve. It slows our time at cruising which is why we are going to make an ordering system within the next few weeks. This way it will make things easier. Flight Attendants have been a problem with admin, abusing their powers and being too slow.
3. Flight organization is a problem. Many flights have been very very unorganized, which is why within the next couple days I will be making a manual myself for High Ranks to read to know when and when not to do things. We also should have a training very soon for HR’s to allow them to excel in hosting.
As you see, we are trying our best to enhance customer service. With that, I am glad to announce we are getting new ranks to make things more organized. Tonight, I am proposing a new rank: Security. Security will be the role of managing passengers and making sure they are satisfied. They will supervise the airport and make sure no one is having problems, and walk around and make passengers have a feeling of hospitality in our airline. Just remember, if you are going to apply for security you CANNOT abuse your permissions. This rank is to keep passengers safe and make them feel comfortable and satisfied, it’s more like Customer Service.
With good Customer Service, we need something that entertains customers. This means something that makes passengers have that feeling where they want us to fly again. Passengers are EXTREMELY crucial to FlyKutos, so their satisfaction is very very very important to me.
I want passengers to have that feeling that we are unique. With that, passengers get very bored when cruising. We will be redesigning our In Flight Entertainment system’s and Self Check in systems, so that it doesn’t look as “ugly” as it may be. Along with the fact passengers need more entertainment, we will add the following:
1. It is now required to have someone at the Cafe serving passengers.
2. Bathrooms will be added to the aircraft so passengers are entertained
3. Please message me what you think would be fun or cool to add in our airports so that you aren’t bored. Sometimes we may be delayed due to bugs, glitches, or issues which is also why I ask for passenger cooperation.
