Here will contain the correct and only way to host a Interview Session [For Solo Mio's Restaurant]. This is usually to help guide the HR's into knowing specifically what to do.
Before you begin, you must set a schedule for said session to have on to begin with.
If you do not schedule a session prior (before) then it will not continue on.
Go ahead and state in the Group's Shout "[INS] Interviews at (time/AM OR PM/timezone) | You may start joining the interview center. Valued Customers are Recommended to come | MR's+ may come and help | Thank you!".
Once done, be sure to copy what you stated in the Groups Shout onto our Discords #interviews-trainings_anounncements with @everyone/here added in the beginning of your paste.
When starting your session, be sure to have [APPROPRIATE] music playing to entertain the following guests. Be sure to be at your Interview session ON TIME.
Have your command ":n" say ":n Please find a seat and be patient, thank you!"
Once done, get everyone (guests) to sit down. If someone is not following the rules then give him/her 3 warnings, if said person fails to find a seat [when there is one] then kick the player.
When your ready to begin, start by introducing yourself to everyone by using the ":m" command. EX/Template: ":M Hello and Welcome to the Solo Mio's Restaurants Interview Session! Please stand by until we begin."
Make sure your, you're using appropriate grammar and punctuation whenever speaking.
After introducing yourself, state the following rules.

1. Please make sure to use proper grammar and punctuation!
2. Be nice to all staff members as they're here for you.
3. Please be appropriate when replying to each question.
4. Follow what staff members say!
5. If you have a question during the Interview session, please state "PTS" (Permission To Speak)
6. Good luck and have fun!

When finished stating the rules, go ahead and number everyone by order (":name (player/valued customer) #(number)".
Then, go ahead and name all of the other MR's+ that aren't hosting/co-hosting the session, by there Name, there role (Interviewer), and there current Rank. Like this, ":name (player) (name) | Interviewer | (Rank)".
If you notice that someone isn't in the group and would like a interview, warn them and explain that it's required/mandatory for all guests to join the group for a Interview.
When all of that has been completed, tell the following Interviewers to go to there stations/offices.
When they've entered there offices, start by either making everyone get off there chairs and bringing them to each office by a command ":bring". OR you may ask them politely to get off there chair and follow and walk them to there offices and continue to do this until there are no more valued customers left.

*Interview Questions*
1. Why do you wanna work here at Solo Mio?
2. What makes you better than others here?
3. From a scale from 1-10, how often are you usually active?
4. What position do you wanna work as?
5. Why is this position a job for you?
6. How good is your grammar and punctuation in ROBLOX?
7. Have you ever worked for another group similar to this? If so, please name those groups.

While the valued customers are having there interviews, be sure to change the ":n" to, ":n Interview Session currently taking in place!" and be sure to lock the server by stating this ":slock".
People will have questions and will come up to you many times.
Make sure to state, ":sm If your not a HR as a Interviewer, please bring them back to there chairs so they can be ranked".
If someone failed (which many will), be ready to talk to them politely and explaining that they can always retry. If they get mad and start "yelling" (EX: YELLING), then give them 3 warnings. If they continue this childish behavior, then kick them.
Once everyone has been ranked and interviewed, tell everyone thank you for coming and have a nice day! (EX: ":m Thank you all for coming to Solo Mio's Restaurants Interview Session! Congrats to those that have passed. To those that didn't pass, you can always retry the next session! Have a nice day!")
Then state, "Head down to the restaurant to start training to be ready for the training session!"
You can either make it mandatory or state, "Your all Dismissed!"
If you want it to be "mandatory", state ":place all (the numbers in the restaurant link) everyone will teleport to the restaurant.
When the session has ended [officially], be sure to state "Interviews has concluded! Thank you to all that came and awesome job to those that have been accepted. To those that have missed the session and or failed the interview, you may ALWAYS come to our next session!" and if it's a weekend, then add/say "You can even try applying at the interview center."
Copy and paste what you stated in the Groups Shout to the #interviews-trainings-announcements with @everyone/here added in the beginning of your paste.
When done with ALL of that, then your completely done with your Interview Session!
Make sure you follow each and every step given to have a good, safe, interview session.
Staff will come up to you to go kick guests/valued customers maybe b/c he or she aren't following the rules, whatever the case may be, be sure to ask and step up and show professionalism!
