【EXPECTATIONS】
There are high expectations the Mathan Police Department puts on its officers to ensure the highest quality outcome of each member of the Department. Some expectations put on its members include, but are not limited to:
• Showing the utmost respect to superiors and peers
• Representing the department in a positive and acceptable manner
• Being very active as a MPD member by going to the City Of Mathan to patrol
• Attending trainings frequently to ensure proper knowledge of MPD procedures
• Keeping an exceptional level of maturity and pride for the department you work in
Any member of the Mathan Police Department can be removed for any reason as necessary, especially if they break one of the major 5 expectations set on them

【RULES】
Like expectations the rules will not be changed until it needs to be changed. Everyone must follow these rules, including the Highest Ranks of Command,
• No Gun Abuse from any rank
• No Admin Abuse from Commander+
• Respecting every rank
• No disrespect
• Maturity and professionalism while On-Duty
• Higher Ranks must have grammar.

【TRAINING】
The Mathan Police Department has training's often hosted by HR's and may be co-hosted by Commanders. Training includes-
Defensive Tactics- A drill where the police officer (LR/MR) will have weapons and will speak to a suspect or an innocent person. It can go violent real quick. It is to test the officers quickness and good skills to de-escalate a situation.
Shooting range- Shooting weapons to get more practice of shooting a weapon as Police Officer
Etc.

【HOW TO RANK UP TO HR】
If you want to be a High Rank, you must be active, have grammar, and type fluent English. I will not be free ranking a Cadet to HR. You must spend time in the city patrolling with your officers. Get higher to the rank you need (Commander) to get the requirement to be an HR. (Promotions will be received by either a patrol or training's)

【PROMOTIONAL PATROLS】
Promotions from the patrols are not guaranteed. The HR that put it in the shout, decides whether to make it a promotional patrol. This excludes: Commanders, and High Ranks. You may not promote a member TWICE in a patrol.
