Go to the Develop page, then go to the Games tab and select any of your games by clicking on the gear icon where you will find an Advertise and Sponsor option. You can upload your advertisements there. If you want to run advertisements, go to the Develop page and select the User Ads tab. You can then run an ad by clicking on the gear icon > Run Ad.
