It would be pretty cool if someone made a game thats like tdms,ctf and domination thats based off of clans like a random tdm round would be uaf vs ucr and the teams wear the clans uniforms and use their guns

Clans could make their guns do 100 damage to kill people in 1 shot.

There is no profit to be made in that. Realistically no one would want to play it. Sounds boring IMO.
