The Empires new target happens to be an old enemy who use to raid a lot, but now it's time to settle end the quarrel once and for all. The Robloxian Empire officially declares war on Hyperion Order and also their ally Warriors of Robloxia Faction [W.R.F], the reason being that we declared on their ally is because Hyperion Order simply are having trouble with getting back up to speed. The terms will be followed bellow...

So this war is a two verses one war, may the best side win.
War Terms:
Starts at 8/13/17
Terminal Score: 600 Seconds.
Server time: Infinite.
Raid times: 6pm GMT - 1am GMT (1pm ET - 8pm ET)
Cooldown Time: 1 hour at a random time that both leaders agree too, up to three cooldowns.
No Allies. (other than the one agreed for Hyperion Order)
No Mercs.
30 minute raid warning.
No Exploiting.
No flinging, frog jumping or glitching of any kind.
15 Wins.
No recruiting after the war has begun.
NO ADMIN ABUSE!
10v10.
If either side breaks any of these terms written before you, the other side auto wins the war.
