All Citizens of Rockden have the right to all Freedoms listed in this Document established by the State of Rockden.

A Citizen of the State of Rockden shall be defined as, Anyone holding any of the ranks from Middle Class Citizen to Founder.

AMENDMENT I
All Citizens of the State of Rockden have the right to Speech, Petition, and Press. Citizens have every right to speak freely ## #### ## the ROBLOX Terms of Use is not violated and the only time Freedom of Speech is prosecuted is during the moments of threat. Citizens have the right to Petition against any business, any agency, and the Government within Rockden. Citizens have the basic right to freely report news and film within the State.

AMENDMENT II
All Citizens have the right to own and carry Firearms. They may carry Firearms for any reason unless the firearm is used for a Felony reason. Any Citizen who is detained in a traffic stop is required to tell the Law Enforcement Officer that they are armed, but do not have to give it to the Department. Any Law Enforcement Officer who unlawfully confiscates a weapon will be prosecuted accordingly and will receive punishment within their Department. Citizens who are armed and come back with a bad record do not have the right to carry the Firearm in the traffic stop and are to give it to Law Enforcement during all traffic stops. However, Law Enforcement must give it back before ending the stop.

AMENDMENT III
All Citizens of the State of Rockden have the right to be treated fairly by Law Enforcement. When a suspect is being placed under arrest, the Miranda Rights and Miranda Waver must be read to the suspect. Failure to read the rights and waver is counted as an unlawful arrest and the Officer reading said rights will be prosecuted accordingly and punished by the Director of his/her Department.

AMENDMENT IV
All citizens have the right to a trial by jury to ensure fair treatment under law. No Citizen can be denied this right by the Department of Justice or the Government.

AMENDMENT V
All citizens have the right to believe in any religion. The Government may not establish an official state religion.

AMENDMENT VI
All Citizens have the right to vote. A Citizen cannot be denied this right under any circumstance.

AMENDMENT VII
All citizens have the right to privacy. No one can be searched or seized without a warrant from Law Enforcement Officers.

AMENDMENT VIII
All Citizens have the right to information. Any Department/Agency is required to give information when asked. Only classified information is not to be told. Information can only become classified when given permission by the Government of Rockden.
