Dear Passengers,
I am very very very sorry for the flight incident that has occurred. In this case it was my fault, but sometimes everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect and no one should be hating on me. I'm trying my best to take my time along with tons of staff to make an experience enjoyable for you.
For those constantly hating on me and ranting against the airline, I want you to try and make a better airline. I doubt any of you could make a better airline. You should see how I feel from my point of perspective and view about this. We aren't perfect nor is any airline, and all airlines on roblox have problems.
An airline will always have mistakes and problems, but part of being a good airline is that we learned from our mistakes and take action. The incident we had today taught me I need to be more strict against the staff which is why we have begun reforms. I know all staff who were in this have learned their problem and are sincerely sorry.
