not worth 35, maybe 5 or 10. there isnt that much detail, just copy and pasting on the design of most of the buildings.

It could definitely be utilized by someone with scripting ability to make a small town based game and as it stands I'd price it at ~3k robux (about $10 via devex)
But a scripter would probably want it to be more specialized which may earn you more money |
