Every time I try to start ROBLOX it will say. "An error occured while starting Roblox"Then it said."Failed to create directory 'C:\Program Files\Roblox\',error5"What can i do to fix it?And what dose this mean? |

I've installed, reinstalled, re-reinstalled and still can't get Roblox to run. I just keep getting the-

Try using a different browser. it may be that ROBLOX doesn't support the browser you are using. |

tis once happend to me, do you have a wireless connection? if you do, i dont think ROBLOX works on wireless connnections (even if you are hosting it) |

i can play games now so maybe check what computer type it is that matters because you might have a Microsoft Software that is keeping your computer unharmed but is also blocking out naything else you do on it. -STONEJUNK |

I have a laptop with wireless internet and it's fine for me. |

Try to go to the start menu. Go to "All Programs" find Roblox and click "Play Roblox". If that does not work You might have a problem with the server. You might be able to try, "www2.roblox.com". |

Is not the wireless connection cause i have 2 computers that are wireless but one doesn´t work and it´s the fastest one, my brother has a laptop too and he can play. I think it´s the firewall and you have to disable it (go to tools, internet options, go to the tab that says security, and make them ask you for all of that stuff about activeX. that may will work). |

Okay.
1. Go to the start menu and search "Roblox"
2. Click on the one that says "Play Roblox" This is a failsafe.
3. Play any game.
4. There you go. Roblox can now be played again, it just needed a jumpstart. |

My computer says this when I hit "Play Roblox" in the start menu:

Try checking mcafee if you have mcafee sometimes that blocks alot of games just look up how to do this on the internet if you have mcafee and to undo something! |

wireless internet... tht dnt matter its tha same as wif a line its da connection bt i cant open any game n it dnt even open in the browser i use most... :/ |
