I have easily noticed great inactivity within Vextor, mostly due to me having started school. The last thing anyone in Vextor want is for it to go inactive, which is why I need help. I have a good HC, but they have things keeping them busy too, and HRs depend on this HC. Because of this situation, I need newer HRs. HRs that will be dependent in the group and will take initiative to do what is necessary in the group, which includes hosting trainings, raids, and especailly recruitment sessions. We need HRs that will do these kind of things without having to be told to do so by a higher rank. I am offering anyone with experience in sword fighting clans who see this a position as High Rank 1.
