Garnet® Trello Guide
*ALL staff members are required to read this document and to have a Trello account.*

Garnet is now making Trello mandatory to have for staff members. This goes for the security team, the creations team, and Show Hosts+.
For those wondering:
Trello is a user-friendly workspace program that allows the Garnet Executive Team members help keep shows organized and to help us keep track of inactive members.
Once you make a Trello account, please contact Esa_ReinaXIII or oopsei on Discord or through folllowing them and PMing them so they can add you to the board.

How Garnet uses Trello:
Garnet uses Trello to remind staff members about their job to keep them from getting demoted. Anyone adding cards to any board will be given a warning. Anyone adding others to the board besides the HRs will be demoted.
To Book a Show:
To book a show, go to the “ALL” and click on the “book a show” tab. Once clicking you will be seeing a link to a google slide. If anyone shares this link, they will be suspended.
If you are a security member, you must go to the “ALL” list as well and book to secure a show. Please make booking shows already confirmed by hosts themselves a first priority (starting on slide 8).
Hosts can book any show at any time they like, as long as it’s not overlapping any other shows. Please make the current and following week a first priority. If there is a day of the current week where no one has booked a show at all, make that your first priority (starting on slide 2).
Backup hosts are only allowed to book to backup a show that has already been booked by a host. When booking a show on the schedule as a backup host, please write the first three letters of your username in the “Bckp Host” schedule (starting on slide 5).
Book a show by:
Go to the slide that applies to you. Make sure you have the correct date. The week of each slide will be in the bottom right corner. The type of schedule will be at the top left corner. Enter the first 4-6 letters of your ROBLOX Username into the desired slot, and you’ve officially booked your show!

The New Garnet Policy:
We only just started using Trello, and enforced the security and backup host ideas. Each security member must secure a show at least 6 times within one month. Each show host MUST host a show two times within two weeks. Ranks higher than Show Hosts must wait until the show hosts themselves confirmed that they booked times. Higher ranks hosting shows are not required to host shows, it’s optional. All hosts MUST also backup host two shows in addition to the two that they host. Backing up a show means that you are not a co-host. It only means that if the original host isn't at the runway by their scheduled time, you take over. If you booked to be a backup host, the show will only count as one of the two shows needed if you took over. If you didn’t host, it won’t count as one of the shows you hosted, rather it will count as one of the two shows that you backup hosted.
*NOTE: Hosts can not backup there own show!

How to Interpret the Schedules and put them on the group shout:
Whoever holds the first show of the day has the greatest responsibility with the group shout. He/she must choose a QOTD and organize the shout. This will take a while.
Post ONLY and ALL the ones that are scheduled for that day. On the schedule, the show host who has booked times will only have their first 3 letters written in, so when you write out all the times, you will only use those first 3 letters. Additionally, pick a QOTD. If there’s room, you can go ahead and include the times you see for tomorrow.
An example of what it should look like:

When your show time has arrived, make sure to shout “SHOW NOW!”. But still include the other show times.
An example of this:

Once your show is over, make sure to edit the shout again, and post the remaining show times.

*Game Nights are not something that is hosted by show hosts! They are only to be held by the Head of Managers+.

How to Update the Hosting Time Schedule:
Updating the hosting time schedule is only allowed for HRs. Updating the schedule is simple and easy. Just change the dates at the bottom right corner according to the weeks.
