If you are a rank lower than both command teams you may not get rid of games and/or members if you are not authorized to. Also you may not deactivate games and only the command team and the person who created the game can deactivate it. You may not do anything you were not given the order to do such as making games before the Command team or the Heads told you. You can be demoted or kicked from the group for doing some of these things.
