Left bar went off the rails...

Hello. Since a few days, my bar on left of the screen (there is Friends, Avatar, Home, Forum and all that stuff here) became crazy. I mean, it turns into a scrolling frame and back into a normal frame very quickly, it's very weird and really annoys me! Help. Please.
