MR's can NOT host alone. An HR must be there and more MR's or HR's to help interview people. MR's must get permissions from ranks 16-18 to host. MR's are ranks 10-13, HR's are ranks 14-18. Ranks 8 and 9 can only HELP interview people.
When the interviews are starting in about five minutes, you say, "Welcome everyone! Interviews are starting in about 5 minutes! Please take a seat and be patient until it starts! Hope you guys all pass!" (Make sure to use the command :m when announcing it).
When it is time, first make a group shout on the group (or if you are a Medium Rank, then an HR will do it) that the server is s-locked.
EXAMPLE: [INTERVIEWS] S-locked! Sorry if you couldn't make it! There is always next interviews! :D
When you make that announcement on the group shout make sure to immediately slock the server so people won't join.
After that, you must first say a lovely welcome here at interviews and introduce yourself. You also must say that you are the host so.
EXAMPLE: Hello, welcome to Blazestone Cafe Interview Centre! My name is (name) and I will be your host for today!
After that you must say the rules in playing a proper interview center. If anyone is disobeying the rules, kick them immediately.
When you type the rules, type the rules one by one so it doesn't cut off. Make sure to use the :m command to announce it.
EXAMPLE: First, let's go over the rules. You must follow these rules in order to not get kicked or banned from the interview centre. Just so you guys know, PTS is now in effect. Speaking without PTS will get you kicked. PTS - Permission To Speak.
EXAMPLE: (1) You must follow ALL staff at ALL times. You should respect all our lovely staff.
(2) You must use grammar at ALL times when working.
(3) Please do NOT spam on group wall, it will cause to chat lag.
(4) Do NOT act inappropriate or troll.
(5) Stay seated at ALL times. Only get up when we call you to interview, or say you could move up seats.
(6) And last but not the least, HAVE FUN! Wish you all the best of luck! <3
You may now speak.
After you are done saying the rules, let the customers spam C7RN to make sure they do NOT have safechat. (Make sure to use :m).
Host will stay and wait for the interviewers while they age the customers. To age, say :age (username). Make sure they are at least 30 or 30+ age of days on Roblox, if they are below, say, "Sorry, but you are underaged. Please come back when you are 30 days of age on your account!" And then kick them. When all the interviewers go back to their spot, the host will say, "You may now stop spamming."
Again, make sure to use the :m command to announce. When the age stuff and safechat test is all done, say, "Interviews may now start! Good luck everyone!
Then, interviewers pick customers and then host watches the people to make sure they aren't spamming or going into the offices. If the customers pass, bring them to the line next to the last office and tell them to wait patiently there. They will be ranked by HR's. |
