Can i make shirts as a NBC?

I have made shirts on roblox in the past when i was BC and OBC, but now i cant seem to do the NBC shirt creator thing. Has this been patched? Thanks!

Yes. It was due to people copying clothes. You have to have BC.

it got because of copying also you can make free tshirts
