Old Building Style

Is there any way build something using the old building style? By this I mean the blocks that you placed down. Here is an example: www.roblox.com/games/85515132/ I want to the building style he used to make the house. So do I have to keep on duplicating blocks or is there an easy way?

You could use free models of the old blocks?
