90% of all Officers are incompetent. A minority manage to make people follow them because of other reasons than their rank and the power that accompanies it. And no Officer has been able to manage a clan very well, taking the current state of clans into consideration.

Agreed with 5ancu there aren't many good officers that follow that criteria. Mohxy and Paul are for sure not the best officers as their clans always tend to die off and there's no stability or longevity in their groups. Plus Mohxy and Paul have contributed to the toxicity of clans which has led to their demise
So anyone who labels Mohxy or Paul as a good officer, that's a joke |
