Studio not saving changes to my game

I've been working on my game recently and now all of a sudden whenever I try to save it, it takes longer than it should, and then when it finally exits studio you re-enter studio and the saved portion of the game gets saved as a "auto-recovery file" and not actually in the game any solutions?
